Photography Club Online

We are happy to announce the opening of the official WCHS Photography Club's website!

Here, in this news section you will find recent updates concerning those involved with the club. Additionally, we've added some useful links for photographers at the top of the page, many of which are great resources for those interested in learning a lot more about photography.

The link to D2L is also in this row of links, and is the way photographers for the WCHS Photography Club submit their photos to our main database. This database contains Photography Club content; and, is readily available to members of the Athletic Department, Yearbook Committee, and the Western World newspaper.

Learn information about the club and its history, or how to become a member by navigating to the linked pages on the left; and, should you be interested in developing your skills as a photographer, we will be posting photography resources for your convenience.

As the club grows, so will the site's content and user experience. We are grateful for your patience through this process, and appreciate your support greatly.

Our First Meeting

The WCHS Photography Club will be meeting for the first time this school year on Wednesday, September 22, 2010 after school in room 276. A camera is not required and if you're interested in learning more about photography, we suggest you check us out!

We will be doing our introduction to the Photography Club by outlining what our role is as a club in Western, and we will be reviewing basic photography knowledge. Attendance by students interested in photographing school events is expected.
